Underground Pizza Company Baltimore - Possibly Overhyped?

TL;DR - The food is better hot, and that's where you'll be eating it most of the time.  The pizza was okay, just a little salty at times.  Mozz sticks are properly hyped up, they were really good even after sitting in a car for 2 hours.  solid 7/10, probably 8.5-9+/10 hot, just like all pizzas.

NOT PICTURED - Fried Chicken Pizza

Sorry for the small hiatus -- grades and all.  A couple weeks ago my parents got some food from Underground Pizza Company in Baltimore while they were in the area, and I got to try it.

Mozz Sticks - Great.  The breading was really good, and even at room temperature, the cheese still had a decent pull.  The marinara sauce was relatively sweet, but still savory.  Solid 7/10 room temp, probably a 9/10 hot.  The restaurant says "our mozzarella sticks are cut and breaded by hand and fried to order, accompanied by a side of our signature red sauce. Get ready for the epic cheese pulls!" The cheese pulls weren't that epic, if I was in Baltimore at the time it probably would've been better.

Pepperoni Pizza - The pizza was great, but pretty salty.  Sometimes the flavor of the pepperoni was overpowered by the sheer amount of salt.  I could see how it would be good, but when room temp or even cold, the pizza just tastes like salt. Still a 6/10 though.  The restaurant says "a heavy hand of cupping pepperoni cup topped with two stripes of our signature red sauce & a sprinkle parmesan." They were good ingredients, just a bit salty.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza - This was surprisingly the best pizza out of the two -- it reminds me of the Fried Chicken Pizza from Emmy Squared.  The chicken was really good -- lightly breaded with a crunch while still juicy.  The pickles were a good add ons as well. Solid 8/10 both hot and cold.  The menu names it the "Buffalo Chicken PBR," which is basically buffalo chicken, ranch, pickles, as well as house sauce and cheese.
